Admin Team Player

Position Objective and Scope:
Reporting to the Admin Team Leader, coordinate and support sales and customer service activities for the business through the front-line interation with customers. This position provices outstanding customer service over the phone and in-person as duties are assigned per location.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all incoming calls and inquiries to the office and relocating these calls and inquiries to the appropriate individuals
  • Supports the Location Team Leader to ensure proactive and reactive service to customers
  • Supports the Solutions Team Player in their effort to help customers grow their business and in turn gain long-term commitments to purchase our support, services and products.
  • Provides outstanding customer service by referring customer to the appropriate Andrukow Group Solutions people, or when possible solving their problem first hand
  • Assist with the data entry of customer orders and purchase orders for the location to help ensure up-to-date Accounts Receivable to coincide withe real-time Inventory levels
  • Assist with the coordination and record keeping of rental equipment
  • Prepares bank deposits, manages cash box and handles and distributes mail
  • All other duties as assigned by the Admin Team Leader, Location Team Leader and/or AGSI Management
  • Adheres to all AGSI policies and procedures
Job Knowledge Requirements (knowledge, skills & qualifications):
  • Excellend interpersonal and communication skills are essential
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Self-starter with a desire to succeed
  • Business Diploma and/or accounting/bookkeeping experience is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to building the team
  • Ability to identify opportunities and implement solutions

Solutions Team Player

Skills:

  • Excel at differentiating yourself and the company to increase sales, profits and market share in chemical, fertilizer, seed and custom application markets.
  • Build client/customer loyalty by providing sound agronomic advice and solutions to meet the needs, resolve issues and maximize productivity for existing customers.
  • Exceed client service expectation while conducting field walks, testing soil, coordinating custom application requests, and loading & delivering product.
  • Develop relationships with customers to better understand their farming/input needs.
  • Strategically construct, communicate and implement sales target action plans.

Experience:

  • Previous sales experience.
  • Experience in the Agriculture field.
  • Able to utilize geo-referencing technology
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills

Client Care Position

Come join our Viking or St. Paul team!

Individual will coordinate and support sales and customer service activities for the business. Responsibilities will include maintenance and support for a wide range of agricultural, blending and delivery equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Follow established procedures for loading and receiving product.
  • Support Locations Sales staff to ensure proactive and reactive service to clients.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by referring customers to the appropriate Andrukow Group Solutions Team member, or when possible solving problems first hand.
  • Assists with the coordination and record keeping of inventory.
  • Differentiates Andrukow Group Solutions from its competitors by continuously developing and implementing higher quality, safety and efficiency actions that result in savings of time or money.

Experience:

  • Valid Class 3 preferred but not required.
  • Completion of TDG, WHMIS and First Aid.
  • Proven computer skills.
  • Experience in mechanics and agriculture an asset.
