Position Objective and Scope:
The Precision Solutions Coach will develop and integrate Precision Ag Technologies within Andrukow Group Solutions Inc. and their Partner Organizations. They will drive the Agronomic direction of AGSI through industry links and available resources to ensure that we are always considered the local “Go To People”.
Skills and Competencies:

Provide outstanding customer service to Precision Ag customers

Develop and monitor the integrity of Precision Ag systems and databases.

Optimize market penetration and assist market area development of Precision Ag Technologies
-
Provide accurate product recommendation and advice by conducting localized station visits, on farm calls, informational meetings, and in office meetings or consultations
Qualifications:
-
Degree or Diploma in Ag or related discipline with relevant experience

Proven record of sales and marketing experience with solid customer relationship development
-
Knowledge of GIS software's and current GPS system and technologies
-
Experience in data management, technological advancement, and related industry equipment utilization.

Andrukow Groups Solutions Inc., a progressive fertilizer company in St. Paul, seeks a self motivated individual to assist in the administering of daily accounting activities.
Skills and Competencies:
- Timely Accounts Payable and Receivables.
- Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations
- Responsible for reconciliation of supplier statements to AGSI's accounting system
- Data entry of customer orders and purchase orders
- Ensure AR coincide with real-time inventories
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- General knowledge of accounting systems
- Business Diploma and or accounting/bookkeeping is required
